The seminar will focus on how to manage performance by demystifying the current criteria and tools using the administrative approach, including practical recommendations for employers from every setting. We will also discuss trickier questions and subjects that may arise when managing performance, such as probation periods, demotions, or transfers, or handling psychological harassment allegations.
