Overview

Fairness is the cornerstone of any effective workplace investigation. In today's diverse work environment, the evolving nature of the workplace and internal/external pressures can make investigations challenging.

In this webinar, we will review recent case law and provide practical guidance for legal and HR professionals who conduct or supervise internal and external investigations. In addition, we will discuss developments in investigations, including the use of artificial intelligence. Topics will include:

  • Understanding procedural fairness in investigations and reviewing best practices
  • Challenging myths and stereotypes and recognizing biases
  • Analyzing power dynamics and their impact on investigations
  • Integrating Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion principles in the current environment
  • Addressing the future of workplace investigations in the age of artificial intelligence
