Encorp Pacific (Canada), the stewardship agent for manufacturers of beverage containers, is in a claim against a depot and transporter alleging that the defendants materially overstated the number of beverage containers that they collected and delivered to Encorp and, accordingly, were paid excess fees to which they were not entitled.
