Vétoquinol acquires the animal health activities of Bioniche Life Sciences

Vétoquinol acquired the animal health division of Bioniche Life Sciences, a corporation listed on the TSX. This CA$61 million acquisition marks a new step in the deployment of Vétoquinol’s international development strategy and will allow it to strengthen its product portfolio. Vétoquinol is a leader in animal health, both productive livestock (cows, pigs) and house pets (dogs, cats).
