Arlon Group acquires Idaho Pacific and AgraWest Foods

In June 2016, Arlon Group LLC acquired Idaho Pacific Holdings, Inc. and AgraWest Foods Ltd., manufacturers of dehydrated potato products for the food service, industrial, bakery and export channels, from Canadian private equity firm Novacap. Arlon Group LLC is a food and agriculture investment firm with a global network that supports investments across the entire food supply chain in the Americas. Arlon focuses on identifying private equity opportunities in middle-market food and agriculture businesses in North America and Latin America.
