"In October 2019, Fasken advised 3555 Highway 7 Development Limited Partnership (the ""Partnership"") on the $50,000,000.00 purchase of 3555 Highways 7 East, Markham. Fasken advised on all matters relating to the partnership and ownership structure, the development agreement, the consultancy agreement, the sales/leasing and marketing management agreement and the financing of the Property. Fasken advised the Partnership with a team comprised of Mark Brennan (Real Estate), Neil Smiley (Real Estate), Janice Javier (Corporate/Commercial), Yvette Scott (Real Estate) and Mylyn Viray (Corporate)."
