LaSalle Canada Core Real Property, L.P. acquires 50% interest in Guildford Town Centre

Fasken advised LaSalle Canada Core Real Property, L.P. in the acquisition and financing of a 50% interest in Guildford Town Centre, Surrey, British Columbia, with a team that consisted of Marty Emmons, Sarah Batut, Huy Do, Paul Casuccio, Scott Conover, Kristian Arciaga and Cara Chu. Fasken also assisted with the negotiation of a co-ownership and property management agreements with an affiliate of Ivanhoé Cambridge Inc., the other 50% co-owner and property manager, respectively.

This was a significant transaction involving a trophy shopping centre property in British Columbia.
