On February 28, 2022, Penske Automotive Group, Inc. ("Penske") announced the completion of its acquisition of certain assets of TEAM Truck Centres Limited, a retailer of medium and heavy-duty Freightliner and Western Star commercial trucks located in Ontario, Canada, which included four full service dealerships in Cambridge, London, Sarnia and Windsor. The acquisition was effected through a Canadian subsidiary of Penske, operated by its Premier Truck Group.
