On April 25, 2022, 12442 Bramalea Limited Partnership ("Broccolini Investment Inc." or "Broccolini") completed the C$60 million acquisition of a 99 acre site (approximately 49 net developable acres) fronting on Bramalea Road in Caledon, Ontario.
Fasken advised Broccolini Investment Inc. on all aspects of the transaction including an initial mortgage financing from The Bank of Nova Scotia and a second mortgage financing from Cameron Stephens Mortgage Capital Ltd.
