On February 1, 2023, the shareholder of Fleet Brake Parts & Services Limited (a Canadian fleet service specialist serving the heavy duty, industrial, logging, mining, agricultural and oilfield industries) completed the sale of all of the shares in the capital of Fleet Brake to Parts for Trucks Inc., a Nova Scotia-based heavy duty truck and trailer parts distributor majority owned by SeaFort Capital.
