On May 17, 2023, Trimac Transportation Services Inc. (the “Company”), one of the largest transportation service companies in North America, closed its acquisition of Transport Sylvain Lasalle Inc., a bulk pressure transportation services provider, pursuant to a asset purchase agreement (the “Transaction”).
