GLS Canada, an integrated provider of parcel and freight transportation services, completes the acquisition of Altimax Courier, a major private transportation company in the Canadian Atlantic provinces.
With the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Altimax Courier, GLS Canada strengthens its presence in North America by solidifying its transportation services, now with more than 64 terminals located from coast-to-coast.
