On June 30, 2022, Garrard Limited Partnership and Garrard Coinvest Limited Partnership (collectively, “Broccolini”), completed the acquisition of a 10-acre land site fronting on Garrard Road, Whitby, Ontario.
The transaction included mortgage financing from The Bank of Nova Scotia, secured by the subject site and an adjoining 10-acre site.
