On July 13, 2023, Trimac Transportation Services Inc. (the “Company”), one of the largest transportation service companies in North America, acquired Jacknife Timber Ltd., a leading fluid transportation company specializing in heavy crude and oilfield hauling, pursuant to a share purchase agreement (the “Transaction”).
