Between November 2022 and July 2023, Champion Electric Metals Inc. (the “Company”) acquired 864 mining claims in James Bay, Quebec from certain vendors (the “Acquisitions”), consolidating a large land position prospective for lithium mineralization in the region adjacent to several established lithium discoveries and properties under development.
