Fasken represented Pavemetrics, a company specializing in vision algorithms, during its sale to Previan. Pavemetrics develops 3D digital vision systems for inspecting transportation infrastructure. Their vision systems are used in over 35 countries and serve to inspect roads, runways, railways and tunnels. The company, with the financial support of Investissement Québec, will join the industrial technology group and enhance Previan's diagnostic solutions portfolio, maintenance strategies, and asset performance with its innovative approach.
A Fasken team composed of Anne-Marie Naud, Martin Legault, Samuel Gosselin-Simard, Andrew Haikal and Cathie Jones (paralegal/law clerk) advised Pavemetrics systems in its acquisition.
