On October 1, 2024, Penske Truck Leasing Canada Inc. ("Penske Canada"), an Ontario corporation and a wholly owned subsidiary of Penske Truck Leasing Co., L.P. ("Penske"), a Delaware limited partnership, completed its offering of C$150 million aggregate principal amount of 3.70% Senior Notes due October 1, 2027 and guaranteed by Penske.
