On December 16, 2024, Toro Limited Partnership ("Broccolini") successfully completed the sale of a 1,049,795 square foot industrial distribution facility at 640 College Street East, Belleville.
In September 2022, Broccolini entered into a build-to-suit industrial lease to construct and lease the facility as a fulfillment centre to a tenant. Upon completing the build-out, Broccolini successfully negotiated the sale of the property, thereby realizing its value creation strategy for its 8th opportunistic real estate fund.
