On July 31, 2025, Trimac completed the acquisition of Searcy Trucking, a premier open deck and heavy haul carrier based in Winnipeg, Manitoba. In addition to transportation, Searcy offers transloading, warehousing and distribution through its Universal Reload division.
The acquisition follows Trimac’s recent purchase of Watt & Stewart and continues the company’s focus on building a leading platform in flat deck and heavy haul services, supported by a strong commitment to safety and operational excellence.
