On September 30,2025, Rose Rocket, a transportation management software provider, announced its acquisition of Centro Commerce Inc. (“Centro”), a Toronto-based developer of AI-powered inventory and procurement automation tools for ecommerce brands. The transaction supports Rose Rocket’s launch of TED (Transportation Enhancement & Design), a new AI platform aimed at transforming logistics operations across North America.

Centro’s technology will be integrated into TED to enhance forecasting, procurement, and inventory control capabilities for carriers and shippers.

The acquisition marks a strategic move to accelerate AI adoption in the transportation sector.
