On March 20, 2025, Broccolini successfully completed the C$109.11 million sale of lands located at 99 Bill Leathem Drive, 2 Leikin Drive and 20 Leikin Drive in Ottawa, Ontario. The properties were sold to Amazon Canada Fulfilment Services, ULC (“Amazon”) for the development of a large‑scale distribution facility that will form a core part of Amazon’s Canadian logistics network.
The property will house a 3.1‑million‑square‑foot distribution centre, which will become Amazon’s largest fulfilment facility in Canada, serving customers nationwide. Once constructed by Broccolini, the facility is expected to be a major economic driver for the Ottawa region. The transaction was recognized as one of the RENX Top‑20 Canadian commercial real estate stories of 2025, for its scale and market significance.
