La Ronde will begin a new chapter following a major North American transaction.
Six Flags has agreed to sell La Ronde together with a number of amusement parks in the United States to EPR Properties, marking a pivotal point for this iconic amusement park in the Montreal entertainment landscape.
The transaction aligns with EPR Properties’ growth strategy and the introduction of a new operating model for La Ronde, supporting the continued development of one of the region’s most renowned recreational assets.
The deal highlights Fasken’s ability to advise international clients on complex transactions involving major experiential assets, bringing together integrated expertise in M&A, real estate, tax and a host of other areas of expertise, while addressing strategic and operational considerations and the asset’s historical importance to the city.
