On May 8, 2026, Flyscan Systems Inc. announced its strategic partnership with Forsite, including Forsite’s minority investment in the company.
Flyscan is the first company in the world to enable detection of liquid hydrocarbons and automation of right-of-way visual inspection from aerial patrol planes. Using proprietary remote sensing technology and artificial intelligence, Flyscan helps energy companies and operators of critical pipeline infrastructure protect their assets, the public, and the environment. The Company serves leading pipeline operators across North America and recently announced the world’s first combined methane and liquid leak detection capability.
The partnership brings together Flyscan’s on-board liquid leak sensing hardware and software with Forsite’s patrol operations and data management expertise, creating a unified solution for pipeline operators that combines proactive leak detection, automated threat detection, geohazard monitoring, and right-of-way management under one integrated patrol service.
