Fasken advises Google LLC in a class proceeding in which the plaintiffs allege that Google breached class members’ privacy in Canada by extracting, collecting, storing and using the facial biometric identifiers of people who have used Google Photos as well as people who have not used Google Photos but whose facial biometric identifiers were allegedly extracted, collected, stored and used by Google.
