Fasken advises Google in the proposed class action in which the plaintiffs allege that Google breached class members’ right to freedom of expression protected by Québec’s Charter of Rights and Freedoms by censoring medical misinformation pertaining to the COVID-19 pandemic published on its YouTube platform.
