On August 1, 2026, Groupe Desharnais acquired Les Pneus Beaucerons, a Beauceville-based company established more than 60 years ago that offers tire sales and installation services as well as automotive service and repair.
This acquisition further strengthens Groupe Desharnais’ presence in the Chaudière-Appalaches region and expands its network to eight branches located in Québec City, Lévis, Beauceville, Thetford Mines and Charlevoix. Les Pneus Beaucerons will continue its operations under its current brand, with its existing team remaining in place and the Poulin family maintaining an active involvement in the business.
A Fasken team led by Julien Langlois, including Steven Brassard, Guillaume Giguère, Gabriel Gagné, Elisa Eouzan and Frédéric Magnan, advised Les Pneus Beaucerons in connection with this transaction.
