On October 15, 2025, Transdev Canada Inc. announced the acquisition of Aaron Paramedical Services, a provider of emergency and non-emergency medical transportation services in Alberta, through the purchase of all issued and outstanding shares of the company.
The acquisition strengthens Transdev Canada’s presence in Alberta’s non-emergency medical transportation sector. Aaron Paramedical Services provides stretcher and accessible transportation, non-emergency inter-facility transfers, EMS training and event standby services in the Greater Calgary Area.
A Fasken team led by Antonella Penta and including Brendan Sawatsky, Holly Barker and Olivia Pietras advised Transdev Canada Inc. in connection with the acquisition.
