On June 25, 2026, Transdev Canada Inc. announced the acquisition of Inter-Facility Transport Inc., a provider of non-emergency patient transportation services in British Columbia, by way of a share purchase agreement.
The acquisition marks Transdev Canada’s entry into the non-emergency medical transportation market in British Columbia and expands its healthcare mobility offering in the province. Inter-Facility Transport provides patient transportation services between six hospitals in British Columbia’s Interior, as well as stretcher transportation, airport transfers, transportation to medical appointments and long-distance patient transportation.
A Fasken team led by Antonella Penta and including Brendan Sawatsky and Holly Barker advised Transdev Canada Inc. in connection with the acquisition.
