In May 2024, Transdev Canada Inc. completed the acquisition of Les Autobus Boucherville and Garage Provost & Fils Inc., operators of a student transportation business in Québec, through the purchase of all issued and outstanding shares of the target’s holding company.
The acquisition expands Transdev Canada’s student transportation operations in the Boucherville and Varennes region, adding approximately 40 school bus routes serving the Patriotes and Riverside school boards. The transaction also added approximately 50 employees to Transdev Canada’s operations.
A Fasken team led by Antonella Penta and including Anthony Sylvain and Aurélie Ménard advised Transdev Canada Inc. in connection with the acquisition.
