On November 4, 2024, Transdev Canada Inc. announced the acquisition of Ro-Bus Inc., a Québec-based student transportation company, through the purchase of all of its issued and outstanding shares.
The acquisition expands Transdev Canada’s operations in the Châteauguay region by adding 45 school bus routes and 10 electric vehicles to its fleet. The transaction also supports Transdev Canada’s commitment to electrify its school bus fleet in Québec.
A Fasken team led by Antonella Penta and including Anthony Sylvain advised Transdev Canada Inc. in connection with the acquisition.
