Vancouver Fraser Port Authority (VFPA) has concluded the RFP process to select the design-builder to commence design and planning activities for the Roberts Bank Terminal 2 Landmass and Wharf Project in Delta, BC.
The Project is the first phase of development of a three-berth marine container terminal and is a transformational building project that will support Canada’s economic security and trade resilience.
Fasken advises VFPA on the procurement and development of the Project with a team led by Fergus McDonnell (Infrastructure and Projects), and including Patrick Frost (Infrastructure and Projects), Andrew Gabrielson (Infrastructure and Projects), Jenaea Reimann (Infrastructure and Projects), Steph Sanger (Indigenous Legal Matters and Environmental), Marcia Mills (Trade Law), and Mary Wallace (Infrastructure and Projects, Environmental).
