With mandatory retirement no longer available to employers in Ontario, the modern workforce is presenting new and developing challenges to managers, human resources professionals, and legal practitioners. This seminar aims to identify some growing trends and best practices in managing a workforce of increasingly diverse ages, and to provide insight into the current trends in court, tribunal and arbitral decisions being made today.
