Overview

Fasken’s Labour, Employment, Human Rights and Public Law group is pleased to invite you to this Human Rights Seminar.

With an aging population, some employers are being asked to accommodate their older employees: reduced work hours, no work scheduled for evenings or weekends, lower productivity targets, taking care of a spouse who is ill, etc.  What are the employer’s duties to accommodate? What about employment benefits after the age of 65?  Like last year, the speakers will discuss these human rights issues by comparing the law in Quebec and Ontario.

Don’t miss our upcoming training, which will be held February 15, 2017: Recent developments in injury and civil liability.

This training session is an invitation only event. For all queries, please contact Virginie Razungles at 514 397 5182 or vrazungles@fasken.com.
