Felicia Jin is a lawyer within the Corporate and Commercial Law Practice Group. With experience in all aspects of corporate law, Felicia especially practises in the area of private capital and risk capital, as well as mergers and acquisitions.
Felicia assists financial institutions (insurers, trusts and deposit-taking institutions) with the regulations applicable in Canada and Québec. She regularly advises corporations operating in the financial services industry on transactions related to their operations.
With a Bachelor’s degree in law from the Université de Montréal, Felicia is involved with the International Council of Organizations of Folklore Festivals and Folk Arts where she has been the Assembly Secretary since 2017 and with the Société du patrimoine d’expression du Québec.
At the firm, Felicia is co-chair of the Force Féminine Fasken (F3) group, which promotes business development for women and women’s outreach within the business and legal community in Québec.
