Overview

Frédéric Legendre is a lawyer in the Commercial Litigation Group at our Montréal office. As part of his practice, Frédéric advises clients on public and administrative law, real estate law and expropriation law.

Frédéric is often called upon to plead complex cases before the courts and administrative tribunals of Québec, particularly on behalf of real estate developers facing regulatory issues or decisions by public bodies affecting their rights.

As a versatile litigator, he represents his clients with passion and determination in various proceedings such as injunctions, judicial reviews, seizures, safeguard orders and stays. Frédéric is also called upon to deal with and resolve questions concerning permits or municipal or ministerial authorizations.

Prior to joining Fasken, Frédéric worked for a private firm in Montréal. He was called to the Québec Bar in 2017 after obtaining his law degree from the University of Ottawa with the Magna Cum Laude distinction.
