Overview

Frédérique Dalpé is an associate in the Labour, Employment & Human Rights group in our Montréal office. She joined the Fasken team as a student in 2022 and was called to the Bar in 2024. Her practice focuses primarily on conducting workplace investigations and advising provincially and federally regulated employers.

Frédérique regularly serves as a neutral, impartial and independent investigator in matters involving allegations of psychological harassment, sexual harassment and workplace violence, as well as workplace climate investigations. Known for her rigorous approach and attentive listening, she ensures compliance with the legal requirements governing investigations while treating all those involved with sensitivity and respect.

In addition to her investigation practice, Frédérique advises employers on various aspects of the employment relationship, including hiring, termination, disciplinary measures and labour standards. She also handles occupational health and safety matters and assists clients in drafting and revising employment contracts and internal policies, including policies on the prevention of psychological harassment and workplace violence.
