Guillaume Saliah is a member of the Corporate/Commercial group and practises corporate and securities law. He focuses on national and cross-border purchases, sales, mergers and restructurings, negotiated in both the public and private markets. He advises private and institutional investors and represents issuers and brokers in relation to equity financings, by way of prospectus or private placements. Guillaume also has expertise in matters relating to corporate governance and supports public issuers in relation to their securities regulatory compliance obligations.
Guillaume works with clients from a variety of industries, including clients from the natural resources, technologies, energy, transportation, manufacturing and services sectors. He support clients throughout the transaction process, including during due diligence and the drafting and review of commercial agreements and the coordination of closings. He also provides regulatory advice on all issues related to the Charter of the French Language, in particular compliance with the requirements on the use of the French language, consumer protection, product labelling and advertising.
