Jade Paquin Robidoux is an associate in the Labour, Employment and Human Rights practice group. Her practice focuses primarily on matters involving psychological harassment at work, access to information, and the protection of personal information and privacy.
She regularly advises private companies and public organizations on governance practices regarding personal information protection and access to information. In particular, her work includes advising on workplace privacy issues and the handling of access requests.
Jade also assists employers in managing workplace complaints involving psychological harassment, sexual harassment and violence. Recognized for her practical and rigorous approach, she plays an active role in conducting or supporting investigations and can act as a neutral and impartial investigator, ensuring compliance with all legal obligations governing the investigation process.
In her practice, she appears before all levels of court and various administrative tribunals, including the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
