Overview

Jenny Francis is Managing Partner of the Firm’s BC Region, with primary responsibility for leadership of the Firm’s Vancouver and Surrey offices. As Regional Managing Partner, Jenny is responsible for managing operations in the region as well as developing and implementing the region’s strategic direction. In her leadership, Jenny is committed to furthering Fasken’s position as a trusted advisor to clients and as a place where bright, talented, and collegial people want to work together. 
 
Jenny has worked at the Firm for over 23 years. She is an experienced litigator with broad commercial litigation, arbitration, and advisory work experience. Prior to taking on the role as Regional Managing Partner, Jenny’s practice was focused on resolving complex business disputes for clients, including contractual disputes, shareholder litigation and general commercial litigation across a diverse range of industries. 
 
Jenny also previously served as Manager of the Commercial Litigation Group and has been a member of the Firm’s Partnership Board since 2022. Committed to giving back to the profession and the community, Jenny has served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of British Columbia, teaching both Advanced Trial Advocacy and Civil Procedure. She frequently contributes to professional conferences and has served as a volunteer at Ronald McDonald House of BC. Jenny has been recognized in Business in Vancouver’s BC500, as one of the 500 most influential business leaders in BC.
