Overview

Jesicca Rajpal specialises in international and domestic arbitrations, as well in commercial litigation. She acts for various entities including in the fields of construction and engineering, agriculture, finance, healthcare and mining.

She has experience in resolving business disputes relating to contracts and  corporate governance issues as well as in dispute adjudication proceedings on bespoke contracts.  She has expertise on all the standard form contracts, including FIDIC, the NEC, JBCC and GCC. Much of her practice involves cross-border matters.

Jesicca has represented clients in many domestic and international arbitrations (including under the auspices of AFSA, under the UNCITRAL and other adhoc arbitration rules) and in the various South African Courts (including in the various divisions of the High Court, Supreme Court of Appeal and Constitutional Court).

Clients rely on Jesicca to gain guidance and insights and to work on their complex litigious matters. In her day-to-day practice she gives her full focus on all matters to ensure client excellence.
