Overview

Jesse Harper practices all aspects of litigation, arbitration and dispute resolution, with a particular focus on complex commercial and corporate disputes.

Jesse has appeared at all levels of Court in Ontario. He has represented clients in cases covering a broad range of substantive law, including breach of contract, environmental litigation, contested plans of arrangement, shareholder disputes, oppression remedies, directors and officers liability, professional negligence, and injunctions. Jesse has also acted in a number of estate disputes, acting for both estate trustees and beneficiaries.

A regular volunteer as Duty Counsel at the Toronto Small Claims Court, Jesse provides assistance to unrepresented litigants as part of the Pro Bono Law Ontario Duty Counsel Project.
