Magali Cournoyer-Proulx practises employment and human rights law. She is a renowned speaker and author interested in employment law and diverse health law issues. In her employment law practice, Magali focuses more specifically on individual employment relationships. She provides strategic advice and represents a clientele composed primarily of employers on issues related to the recruitment and dismissal workers, labour standards, psychological harassment, non-competition and non-solicitation, and human rights.
In health law, Magali practises in the area of administrative law as applied to healthcare and social services and in mental health law.
