Melody Li is an Associate in Fasken’s London office with a growing focus on project finance, complemented by experience in real estate finance, corporate finance, private equity, and leveraged acquisition finance.
Melody advises both lenders and borrowers, ensuring transactions are executed with precision and commercial insight. She also has experience working in emerging market jurisdictions across Asia and the Middle East.
Prior to joining Fasken, Melody worked at a national law firm, where she advised clients on a wide range of structured finance transactions, including real estate finance, acquisition finance, and fund finance.
