Michael Griffin is an associate in the Real Estate Law group at Fasken. His practice focuses on real estate development, commercial leasing, commercial financing, and corporate structuring. He advises clients on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and development structuring, including the formation of limited partnerships, joint ventures, and co-ownership arrangements.
Michael acts for both borrowers and lenders—ranging from private lenders to major financial institutions—in a variety of commercial financing transactions, including acquisition and construction financing.
Before joining Fasken, Michael articled and practiced at a boutique tax law firm, where he gained experience in tax planning and tax disputes.
