Québec City (Canada) – Fasken announces the arrival of Pascal Provost, a new lawyer in Real Estate Practice, based in our Québec City office.

Specialized in real estate development since he began practising, Pascal will advise and represent clients in various aspects of commercial real estate law, including financing, real estate investments and partnerships, acquisitions, dispositions, all types of lease agreements and construction matters.

“We are very pleased to welcome Pascal to our team. Pascal has participated in implementing several complex real estate development projects, both in Québec and elsewhere in Canada, including hotel projects. This vast experience combined with his in-depth knowledge of the specific challenges related to the real estate field, will represent considerable assets for our clients”, states Carl Tremblay, Managing Partner of the Québec office.

Pascal’s arrival allows us to add even more depth to our Real Estate Group, which is already one of the most important not only in Québec City, but in the province at large. This arrival is part of the growth plan of our Québec City office, which has just welcomed four new lawyers to its team over the last few weeks. In addition to Danny Galarneau who joined the ranks of the Tax Litigation Group, having worked for more than 15 years in litigation at Revenu Québec, we welcomed William Deneault-Rouillard and Steven Brassard to the same team. William, who holds a Master's degree in Information Technology Law (Artificial Intelligence), will join the Corporate and Commercial Law Group, while Steven will join the Labour, Employment and Human Rights Group.

Fasken’s Québec City office boasts more than 50 lawyers and advises clients over a broad array of matters arising from strategic issues, whether they occur during their day-to-day operations or in connection with complex operations that transform their business.
