Montréal Partner, Nicolas-Karl Perrault, comments on the new provisions of the Québec law against planned obsolescence (Bill 29), which mainly concern the repairability of goods, in an article published in La Presse (in French only).
He explains the obligation for manufacturers and merchants to disclose information regarding replacement parts, repair services and information needed to repair the good.
