Her practice focuses on leveraged finance and acquisition finance, project finance, infrastructure finance, renewable energy finance, refinancing transactions and debt restructurings.
In addition to her banking and finance practice, Bontle has advised on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, broad-based black economic empowerment (B-BBEE) transactions, and a range of corporate and commercial matters.
