LONDON (UK) - Fasken Martineau, a leading international law firm, announced today that it advised CCL Solutions Group Ltd. on the acquisition of QCC Information Security, the digital forensics business of Blackthorn Technology Group. Corporate partner Catherine Moss led the deal with help from corporate associate Jane Wang.
CCL Solutions Group Ltd., based in Stratford-upon-Avon, is one of the UK’s largest digital forensics providers and had been looking to establish a London office as the demand for digital forensics and electronic disclosure services has increased dramatically over the past few years. With this deal, it is now able to offer support to its clients in London and expand still further the scope of its offering to them.
“We were pleased to assist our client CCL Solutions Group to continue with their strategic growth through the acquisition of Blackthorn Technology’s digital forensics business. We look forward to providing CCL with further help as its business continues to expand,” said Catherine Moss, a corporate partner at Fasken Martineau’s London office.
