Fasken’s Ottawa office is located in the heart of Canada’s national capital, just two blocks south of Parliament Hill. The office is close to federal government departments, the Supreme Court of Canada, the Federal Court of Canada, regulatory tribunals and agencies and public institutions. It is also within walking distance of major hotels.

Land Acknowledgement

At Fasken we have embarked on a journey of reconciliation, guided by our Reconciliation Action Plan. As part of this journey, we believe it is important to acknowledge the land and the people who have called this land home since time immemorial. Today, in Ottawa we are gathered on the traditional territory of the Anishinaabe Algonquin People. (ah-Nish-iNAH-beh  al-GON-kwen) We appreciate living and working here and recognize the importance of working to advance reconciliation between Indigenous and non-Indigenous people here and across Canada.
