Overview

Patrick is a projects lawyer in Fasken’s Vancouver office and a member of the firm’s Energy, Natural Resources and Projects group where he advises clients on commercial matters with an emphasis on procurement, construction, and project development.

Patrick has experience working across a range of commercial and contracting models throughout the project lifecycle and advises clients with respect to the procurement, drafting, negotiation and administration of construction, supply, consulting, and services agreements.

Patrick works with clients in a variety of industries including mining, energy, agriculture, marine infrastructure, real estate, and public infrastructure. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Patrick spent six years working in the construction industry in both Vancouver and Nunavut.
